ABOUT MAGGY

Most people already know who they are. But somewhere along the way, they learned to second-guess their ideas, edit what they really think, and play it safe— until the things they actually want to say, create, and pursue become buried.

Maggy gets that personally. Despite being the bold kid her neighbor once said was going to “punch a hole in the world”— she eventually learned it was safer to dim her light.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, she spent years navigating two very different cultures, adapting to fit in and earn approval. She knows firsthand what it costs to edit who you are— and what becomes possible when you finally stop.

That lived experience is backed by over a decade of coaching across fitness, sales performance, and leadership development— including serving as the mindset coach for an elite saleswomen’s program and helping protect more than $650k in client retention at a top global sales training company.

You can’t free yourself from a cage you don’t see

With a degree in Communication and training in NLP and behavioral change, Maggy helps audiences uncover the patterns driving behavior so they can interrupt them, create choice, and move differently.

After hearing Maggy speak, audiences feel seen and more willing to trust themselves. They speak up where they used to stay quiet, share the ideas they’ve dismissed, make the decisions they’ve been overthinking, and move with more courage and conviction.

Maggy speaks to founders, educators, leaders, women’s communities, university audiences, and organizations ready to help their people stop holding back and trust their voice.

When she's not on stage, you'll find her cuddling with her three cats, handstand walking, or settling debates about who makes the best hummus!
