ABOUT MAGGY

Most people already know who they are. But they are held back by invisible patterns that taught them to hold back, edit themselves, and play it safe — and those patterns are costing individuals and organizations their most original thinking, boldest leadership, and greatest impact.

Maggy gets that personally. Despite being the bold kid her neighbor once said was going to “punch a hole in the world”— she eventually learned it was safer to dim her light.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, she spent years navigating two very different cultures, adapting to fit in and earn approval. She knows firsthand what it costs to edit who you are— and what becomes possible when you finally stop.

That lived experience is backed by over a decade of coaching across fitness, sales performance, and leadership development— including serving as the mindset coach for an elite saleswomen program and protecting over $650k in client retention at a top global sales training organization.

You can’t free yourself from a cage you don’t see

With a degree in Communication and training in NLP and behavioral change, Maggy helps audiences uncover the patterns driving behavior so they leave with lasting change, not just temporary inspiration.

After hearing Maggy speak, audiences feel seen. They speak up in rooms they used to stay quiet in. They take the bold action they've been avoiding. They show up in their roles with less overthinking and greater conviction.

Maggy speaks to leadership groups, women's organizations, sales teams, associations, and academic communities— anywhere people are ready to stop performing and start leading from who they actually are.

When she's not on stage, you'll find her cuddling with her three cats, handstand walking, or settling debates about who makes the best hummus!
